A New Jersey family is suing their landlord after claiming their house contains "paranormal activity." The couple, who moved into the home on March 1, say they have abandoned the house following various unusual events leading them to believe it is haunted. The family insists they were spooked the very first day and are demanding a refund.

"Three taps on the TV, taps on the shoulder" said Josue Chinchilla in vaguely describing the haunted nature of the house. Chinchilla's description of the ghost worried listeners of the interview who have encountered similar events in recent days.

"My wife tapped me on the shoulder this morning" said one man we made up. "You mean to tell me I married a dead woman?" Such descriptions of ghostly behavior even has couples watching to see what their spouse taps when they aren't looking.

Chinchilla didn't stop there. When the Outdated News Team mocked him for the vague description of his "haunted house" he inflated his story more claiming doors open on their own and that his family recorded weird whispering voices. Experts are suggesting the voices he recorded might be the same person who keeps tapping his tv.

Despite the odds against them, the couple has filed suit in the New Jersey Superior Court. Experts say they do not expect any lawyers to be dumb enough to take the case. One attorney reportedly told the couple he "will only take the case of the ghosts if Ruth Ginsburg agrees to be the judge." Apparently the lawyer making this joke forgot Ginsburg was alive back in 2012.
